We are seeking a Senior Talent Partner to join our team and drive hiring strategy for one of our most exciting clients in India. As part of our embedded model, you will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to build strong partnerships and become a trusted advisor.

As a Senior Talent Partner, your primary responsibility will be to own end-to-end hiring processes across multiple departments, from strategy to delivery. You will use data and insights to guide decision-making and continuously optimize recruitment outcomes.

You will also champion the use of modern tools, platforms, and AI to drive sourcing and hiring performance. With a sharp eye for talent and a consultative approach, you will identify top candidates and close deals.

Requirements :

• Must have experience hiring design and media roles
• 5+ years experience in talent acquisition recruiting both generalist and technical roles
• Strategic mindset thinking beyond short-term hires
• Experience sourcing high-growth fast-paced environments
• Passion for tech innovation and changing world of work
