About the Role

Tilco Trading Pte Ltd is looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Lead to scale digital campaigns, boost conversions and grow global brand reach. If you enjoy running high-impact eCommerce campaigns across Amazon, Shopify and paid channels, this role gives you full ownership in a high-growth, international environment.

What You’ll Do

Create and manage performance marketing campaigns across Amazon Ads, Shopify PPC, paid social and display

Optimize ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate and Customer Acquisition Cost

Collaborate with global creative, content, SEO and graphics teams to build highperforming assets

Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager and A / B testing platforms for targeting and conversion improvements

Run global market research, competitor and SWOT analysis to identify growth opportunities

Manage influencer partnerships and creator collaborations to expand reach and support SEO

Continuously experiment with multi-channel strategies to drive international eCommerce growth

What You Bring

3–5 years of experience in performance marketing (PPC, paid social, eCommerce campaigns)

Strong track record of driving measurable results across global or multi-market campaigns

Advanced analytical skills and comfort with data-focused decision making

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager and A / B testing tools

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment

Proactive, experiment-driven mindset with experience working with distributed teams
