About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic L&D professional to design and deliver impactful training
programs across teams. The ideal candidate will identify skill gaps, enhance team capabilities,
and drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop learning plans.
- Design and deliver engaging training modules and workshops.
- Train new joiners to become job-ready and perform their assigned tasks effectively.
- Create and maintain SOPs, manuals, and training documentation.
- Use Microsoft 365 tools to design presentations, track performance, and report
outcomes.
Measure training effectiveness and share progress reports with management.Support implementation of new digital and AI-based learning tools.Manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS) — upload courses, trackprogress, and generate reports.
Required Skills :
Minimum 3+ years of experience in L&D / Corporate Training (Educational ContentWriting Background preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.Exposure to AI-driven learning or digital training tools (preferred).Qualification :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.Certification in Training & Development is an advantage.
