E-commerce Marketplace Specialist

Job descriptionMonitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely replenishment. Manage order processing, fulfillment, and returns in alignment with marketplace guidelines. Resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure smooth operations. Handle day-to-day marketplace operations, including maintaining account health and resolving disputes. Stay updated with marketplace policies and ensure compliance to avoid account suspension or penalties. Work with marketplace support teams to resolve operational issues promptly. Plan and execute ad campaigns on marketplaces, such as Amazon PPC and Myntra promotions. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI and sales growth. Utilize seasonal trends and insights to plan promotions and increase sales. Track sales performance, marketplace fees, and customer reviews to identify areas of improvement. Generate detailed reports on sales trends, conversion rates, and overall marketplace performance. Develop strategies to improve product performance and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, and design) to align marketplace activities with company goals. Work with customer service to address marketplace-specific inquiries and feedback.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-commerce Marketplace Specialist to manage and optimize our presence across leading online marketplaces, including Amazon, Myntra, and Nykaa. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of end-to-end account management, ensuring seamless operations, enhancing product visibility, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Marketplace Listing and Optimization :
- Create, upload, and manage product listings on Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, and other marketplaces.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to improve search ranking and visibility.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and quality of listings.
