SEO / SMO Responsibilities :
SEO (Analytical Side) :
Keyword tracking & ranking reports for campaign-related terms.
Monitor website / social traffic sources and CTR from organic posts.
Audit SEO health of linked content (landing pages, microsites, YouTube, etc.).
Suggest optimisation opportunities based on data.
SMO (Analytical Side) :
Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, saves, CTR, impressions).
Run competitor benchmarking (how their content performs in search & social).
Generate monthly insights on which hashtags, content types, or posting times yield the best performance.
Recommend adjustments to improve campaign ROI.
Baseline Setup (Month 1) : Establish key KPIs, dashboards, and benchmarks.
Monthly Reports :
Detailed analytics covering reach, impressions, engagement, CTR, follower growth, and SEO keyword performance.
Visual dashboards (charts, graphs) for client-facing reports.
