Job descriptionDrive student enrolments by counselling and converting leads. Build partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching centres, and training institutes. Manage inbound & outbound calls, email campaigns, and online demos. Identify and approach prospective partners to generate new business opportunities. Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals & digital outreach. Represent the company at education fairs, webinars, and conferences. Conduct product presentations and explain value propositions. Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain long-term relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners. Provide post-sales support and ensure high satisfaction levels. Upsell and cross-sell relevant courses or services. Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and student needs. Share insights with management for product and campaign improvement. Collaborate with marketing teams for lead-generation strategies. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any discipline (MBA preferred). 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Counseling (EdTech experience is a bonus). Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. Comfortable with telesales, video consultations, and CRM tools. Passionate about education and technology-driven learning.
