We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Chat Process Executive
to manage real-time customer interactions over chat. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, resolving queries quickly, and ensuring an excellent customer experience with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries through live chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, availability, and services.
Understand customer needs and guide them with the right solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, sales, technical) to resolve issues.
Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing queries effectively and courteously.
Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with speed and accuracy.
Maintain logs of conversations and ensure data accuracy.
Skills & Qualifications
12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent written communication skills with proper grammar and clarity.
Strong typing speed and ability to multitask.
Professional, customer-centric approach.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Experience in chat support (preferred but not mandatory).
