Key Responsibilities :
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.Answer incoming calls, provide information, and route calls to the appropriate personnel.Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.Ensure all visitors and clients receive a warm welcome and have a positive experience.Resolve employee queries and or direct them to the appropriate person.Maintain day to day operations records.Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth office operations.Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.Relay messages and information accurately and promptly to the relevant parties.Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for employees, if required.Maintain office hygiene.To handle incoming and outgoing calls effectively.Assist admin team as and when required.Vendor management
