Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Drupal Developer with strong UI expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining Drupal-based websites and applications. This role requires someone who can work independently, contribute effectively to the entire development lifecycle, and deliver high-quality solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain responsive and feature-rich Drupal websites and applications.
Customize Drupal themes and modules to meet project requirements.
Design and implement user-friendly interfaces that align with modern UI / UX standards.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Optimize website performance and troubleshoot issues across environments.
Work independently as an individual contributor while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and security are followed.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Maintain documentation related to design, architecture, and processes.

Technical Skills Required :

Strong expertise in Drupal 8 / 9 / 10 (custom module and theme development)

Solid UI development skills with proficiency in :

1. HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery

2. Responsive design principles

3. Frontend frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap)

Experience with Drupal theming and Twig templating

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)

Good understanding of Drupal site-building, content types, views, blocks, and taxonomy

Strong debugging and performance optimization skills

Preferred / Good to Have :

Experience working with Pantheon hosting platform

Exposure to Agile / Scrum development methodologies

Understanding of accessibility and SEO best practices

Experience integrating third-party APIs and services

Candidate Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Drupal development

Ability to work independently as an individual contributor

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities
