Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst / Personalization Specialist to join our Data & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background with proven experience in campaign measurement, customer segmentation, and personalization. You will play a key role in shaping our data-driven marketing strategies and improving customer engagement through targeted campaigns and A / B testing.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and execute A / B tests to measure the effectiveness of marketing and personalization strategies.
Perform deep-dive analysis on customer segmentation and campaign performance.
Work closely with CRM and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies based on data insights.
Analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel to uncover actionable insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
Leverage data from Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP), and Google Analytics to support personalization initiatives.
Provide clear reports and recommendations to stakeholders based on analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or a similar role.
Strong expertise in SQL and Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
Hands-on experience with A / B testing , campaign tracking, and performance evaluation.
Proven experience working with CRM data and segmentation strategies.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI .
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and MCP is highly preferred.
Familiarity with Google Analytics for web and campaign data insights.
