Headquartered in Bangalore, Rupeek's investors include Sequoia Capital, Accel Partners, Bertelsmann, GGV Capital, VEF, and Lightbox.Role : - The role blends data analysis, business strategy and HR process improvement.- Collect, analyze and interpret HR and business data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for employee performance, experience and retention, using tools like Excel, Power BI / Tableau and SQL.- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend data-driven solutions that align people strategies with business objectives.- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely communication of insights for decision-making.Skills : - Mandatory working knowledge on Excel (SQL - Good to have)- Experience building data models, creating interactive dashboards, and automating HR reports in Power BI / Tableau- Ability to analyze large data sets and generate actionable recommendations.- Strong communication to translate technical data findings into clear, executive summaries for HR and business leadersQualifications : - B-Tech / BE and B-Tech / BE + MBA- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Selection Process : - Resume review- 2-3 rounds of technical interviews
