Industrial Construction Project Lead

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Management : Plan, execute, and deliver the project on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
• Team Leadership : Lead and guide teams to achieve project goals, resolving challenges effectively.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Budget Management : Monitor project budgets, control costs, and maintain P&L accountability.
• Subcontractor Coordination : Manage contracts, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure performance meets expectations.
• Safety Compliance : Implement and ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental standards are followed at all stages.
• Problem Solving : Address project risks and conflicts with effective, creative solutions.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering ( BE / B.Tech ).
• Proven experience in managing industrial building projects .
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
