🚀 Join Decamint as a Marketing Intern (Social Media & Content)

Remote | Duration : 2–3 Months | Unpaid (Paid Role Possible After Internship)

We’re Decamint — a bold new startup rethinking how developers learn and get hired. Through gamified challenges, AI-enhanced problem solving, and real-world certification, we’re building the future of tech hiring.

Our social media presence is growing fast — with 4000+ followers and strong engagement on every post. We’re now looking for a Marketing Intern who’s creative, driven, and ready to join a high-energy team that’s making an impact in the social media space.

What You’ll Do

  • Create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter — especially memes, reels, and focused posts about tech, coding, and startup culture
  • Collaborate with the founding and marketing teams on campaign ideas and creative strategy
  • Monitor engagement metrics and suggest new content experiments
  • Keep up with social media trends and adapt them to match our brand voice
  • Be part of brainstorms, test ideas fast, and help shape how Decamint shows up online

Who You Are

  • You’re creative, witty, and know what gets attention online
  • You’re comfortable with tools like Canva and CapCut (or excited to learn them fast)
  • You have strong communication skills, take initiative, and meet deadlines
  • You’re motivated to grow with a startup and see your content go live
  • You have an interest in tech, startups, or digital marketing
