About the Role : This role reports to the Head of the Content Studio team. The work involves tight turnaround times with the expectation of a high-quality output. The applicant must be highly organized, detail oriented and communicative. Must be able to handle multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks as per urgency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Retouching of model images – skin, and background.
• Retouching of product images – must be familiar with frequency separation and other techniques to maintain texture.
• Must be able to follow a system of folder structures for all images. Must rename images and be able to create adapts in whatever format is required.
• Must understand dimensions, cropping, MP sizes, exporting.
• Must have an eye for aesthetics and deep understanding of colour theory and colour grading.
• Great memory and recall – should be able to recall shoots, pending tasks, product names, folder structure and sequencing.
• Should be able to liaise with external agencies, QC and provide feedback to the agency for imagery that is not passing the QC guidelines.
• Should have a basic understanding of Adobe Illustrator and be able to create adapts if needed on short notice.
• Must work with other teams to provide images whenever required, and reshare updated images wherever required
• Must liaise with the ERP team software team, providing updated images of product in a timely manner
• Maintaining tracker of all images / image dump links, and uploading to drive and to shopify as well from time to time.
• Must manage the record of dimensions required for website banners and be able to crop accordingly.
