Role Overview :
We are looking for a Hardware Design Engineer to lead and execute the electronic design process for our products — from schematics to final production. This is a hands-on, dynamic role that requires strong technical ability, critical thinking, leadership and adaptability.
Responsibilities :
- Design hardware schematics based on detailed product and system-level requirements.
- Identify and source the right components for performance, cost, and supply-chain optimization.
- Design, evaluate, bring-up, prototype, debug and optimize analog, digital and power electronics circuits.
- Simulation and characterization of electronic circuits and products.
- High-speed and high-density PCB design, review and manufacturing management.
- Coordinate or delegate PCB design tasks to the internal design team and oversee progress.
- Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams for end-to-end integration.
- Create standard test-cases, procedures and processes for automated testing and maintenance.
- Maintain high-quality documentation and log for schematics, BoMs, layout files, and test procedures.
- Take ownership of hardware deliverables under tight timelines and high expectations.
- Continuously refine the design process and stay up to date with industry trends and tools.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (B.Tech / B.Sc, M.Tech / M.Sc).Comfortable working in a high-speed, iterative development environment.Strong debugging, analytical, and documentation skills.Ability to adapt to changing requirements and take initiative independently.Willing to relocate to Delhi or nearby places.Nice to Have :
Experience with RF designs.Knowledge of EMI / EMC best practices and industrial standards (IPC, ISO, MIL-STD).Exposure to embedded systems or firmware-hardware bring-up.Software development with C / C++, Python, Rust and JavaScript.Version control with Git.What You Can Expect :
