Job descriptionManaging a portfolio of projects and clients across geographies. Developing an execution plan for projects and team members. Maintaining strong relationships with product delivery teams, sales teams, clients, and account managers. Expertise in project estimation, planning, tracking, scope control, risk management, issue management, and status reporting. Technical experience in Azure, AWS, Android, iOS, .Net. PMP / Prince 2 certification. Jira project management tool and Microsoft Office proficiency. Strong commitment to professional client service excellence. Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation), persuasive, and negotiating skills. Encouraging, motivating, and mentoring team members. Proactive approach to work.
Project Lead Opportunity
This position entails overseeing projects to ensure timely completion within defined scope, budget, and timelines.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, managing resources and their availability, tracking progress, and communicating status to stakeholders.
A reliable team member, the ideal candidate anticipates client needs, balances competing project constraints with available resources, reports project status, and escalates issues as needed.
Risk management is a crucial aspect of this role, where you'll identify and mitigate potential risks while maintaining a strong advocacy within your sphere of influence.
Qualifications :
- A project lead with 2+ to 8 years of experience, including at least 1 year of IT (mobile / web) project management experience.
- Experience in agile methodology.
- Excellent academic record - B.E. / B.Tech IT, CSE
- Must have handled SDLC projects as a project manager.
