• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing functional specifications and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, Operations) to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Perform data analysis, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Support the testing process (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Fresher with strong analytical skills can also apply.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
