Job description3+ years inside a digital agency / MarTech / CRM / tech recruitment team Strong at technical screening (or excited to use AI / GPTs to get there) Extroverted, proactive, and solutions-first Comfortable managing vendors, payouts, and performance Loves experimenting with new sourcing channels, automations, and tools Direct access to leadership — you own this function end-to-end Zero restriction on tools, channels, budgets, or sourcing methods Build the entire vendor ecosystem from scratch Work across global clients (US / UK / AU) and niche high-demand roles Performance-based incentive structure with real upside A role designed for someone who wants fast growth and high autonomy

Mavlers is scaling fast across CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, MarTech engineering, Digital Marketing, and Web Development.
We’re looking for someone who can help us solve one thing : get the right talent in fast.

What you’ll actually do
- Own hiring for CRM, Lifecycle, and MarTech roles (Braze, HubSpot, SFMC, email dev, automation engineers)
- Run untraditional recruiting : AI tools, GPTs, automation workflows, digital marketing funnels, communities
- Build pipelines for digital marketing and tech roles (SEO, Paid, Devs, Webflow / Shopify, full-stack)
- Manage a partner ecosystem : onboard vendors, track performance, ensure delivery quality
- Build and maintain a warm talent community for future requirements
- Work directly with the COO and the Founder’s Office on capacity planning and hiring strategy
