Experience : What is your role

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall functioning of the branch, focusing on both air and sea cargo operations and sales. The role requires leadership in managing the team, ensuring operational excellence, achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and driving branch profitability.

Job responsibilities :

• Procure competitive freight rates directly from major airlines, shipping lines, NVOCCs, and consolidators.
• Maintain strong industry relationships to ensure space availability and best possible pricing across air and sea modes.
• Handle multiple commodities and manage high-volume shipments.
• Analyze customer requirements and market trends to prepare accurate, competitive, and profitable pricing proposals.
• Provide quick turnaround on pricing requests from sales and operations teams.
• Resolve challenges related to space, routing, rate fluctuations, and transit times by coordinating with carriers and internal teams.
• Ensure pricing aligns with internal margin guidelines and customer expectations.
• Maintain and update pricing databases, rate sheets, and related documentation.
• Support strategic bids and RFQs by preparing customized pricing based on routing, commodity, and volume.

What are we seeking for :

Experience – 2-3 years

Salary – 5 LPA

Education Qualification : Graduate preferable
