Account Manager (Agency Background)

Manage End to end Servicing & Relationship requirements of the clients being handled.

Get a detailed insight of the client structure, strategies, products and marketing plans

Understand the complete retainer and non retainer contract terms of trade and scope of

Be the face of MRJ for the clients and address all the requirements, client may have basis the

retainer or non retainer contract signed.

Ensure timely delivers to the services agreed with the client

Understand and download the client brief clearly follow-up for the changes and updations if any

Coordinate with the creative team and other support teams within the organization to get the

required quality output for the client on time

Followup the client road map calendar and take approvals in advance to kick off the activities.

Ensure weekly and monthly reviews with the internal team as well as the client to track the

progress

Weekly / Monthly performance updates to the client and the MRJ stake holders
