Project Manager for Hospital Project -1.2Mn sqft – 700 Beds

Job Profile :

Responsible for overall planning, execution, and delivery of the hospital project within defined timelines and budget.

Should have proven experience in managing hospital construction and interior fit-out works.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP, civil, and finishing teams for smooth workflow.

Monitor project schedules, progress reports, and ensure quality and safety compliance at site.

Lead site teams, contractors, and vendors to achieve project milestones.

Review drawings and resolve on-site technical and coordination issues.

Ensure effective communication between client, consultants, and project teams.

Manage procurement planning, billing verification, and cost control.

Capable of handling documentation, reporting, and client correspondence independently.

Qualification :

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).

Experience :

Minimum 15 years of experience in hospital or institutional construction projects.

Strong knowledge of hospital-specific coordination and interior finishes.

Skills Required :

Excellent leadership and project management skills.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving ability.

Proficiency in MS Project / Excel / AutoCAD preferred.
