Job descriptionBachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related discipline 8–12 years of experience in aerospace / defense product development, QA, and supply chain
Responsibilities
- Hands-on expertise in CAD / CAE software (CATIA, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of CEMILAC certification processes, MIL-STD, and DEF-STAN standards.
- Proven experience in tooling, metallic component manufacturing, and vendor management.
- Familiarity with composite processing and defense-grade material specifications is desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders : vendors, certification agencies, internal teams.
- High accountability and ownership of deliverables in a defense manufacturing environment.
