Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end architecture across AEP modules (RT-CDP, AJO, CJA, Target).
- Translate business requirements into integrated workflows.
- Define integration patterns with CRM, OCS, CMS, and loyalty systems.
- Deliver high-level and low-level designs, ensuring governance.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, scalability, and security standards.
- Act as technical authority and guide across implementation teams.
