Role Overview : To Support and assist the Telecom and Asset Management team in the operation role to handle all Branch locations and retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities :
Service issues with locations need to be taken with the respective service provider for the resolution
Tickets raised in Helpdesk for Retail requirement like Walkie SIMs data card to be processed and arranged.
Submission of Invoices to finance and do follow-up for payment on timely basis to avoid any outage or disconnection of services.
Follow-up with internal teams like purchase to ensure the PR / PO is created for processing the bills.
Any other specific requirements like VMN Fancy numbers to be coordinated and procured on need basis as per the final negotiated cost.
AMC renewal of components on timely basis
To work with all other branch team and ensure the usage of PRI as per the Planning to make the cost-effective services.
To analyse the SMS cost on daily basis and alert concerned team
See the market trend and ensure negotiations happens with service provider quarterly basis for the cost savings.
Any termination of services from locations to be taken up with the service provider for closure.
Once in a quarter do an audit on telecommunication items like SIMs to ensure all the SIMs are active and in use and no unused SIMs inactive ones are kept in stock.
Updating the True caller records on need basis
tracking usage of value-added services by Executives
Tagging of assets like SIMs data card on weekly basis to ensure data is updated and terminations to be collected and update in Asset Tool.
Collection of UTR details from Finance and the same need to be updated to the service provider on the payment clearance.
Monthly expense details to be published and provision to be given for each month for the communication bills payment.
Need to provide with the cost projection for all quarters increase or decrease based on new locations / closures etc.
To ensure NO dues certificate is collected form Operators without fail
To prepare the communication budget based the services being used and future projection if any in standard Format.
Follow-up with services providers for the invoices across PAN India Locations and get the consolidated report prepared.
Allocation of assets / Telecom requirements (The Asset requests still comes on adhoc basis. Working with HR and Peplestrong in streamlining the requests. )
Procurement of required IT assets and Telecom Services with the help of Purchase team
Procurement of Software Licenses as per the requirement
Managing helpdesks related to assets and Telecom requirements like ILL / SIMs / ISDN lines / Walkies / Broadband / Dongles etc
Validation of bills related to asset procurement and Telcom services
Employee separation - Coordination with other internal functions - Purchase Finance & Asset team for IT asset & Telecom related activities
Managing the Inward & Outward
Asset explorer tagging and updating of disposed / retired assets / Recovery
Coordinating with the system administration team for Software compliance
Asset In and Out Tracking Reconciliation of Assets Physical Vs FAR.
Retail assets inventory and AMC support.
Initiating Asset disposal for Disposed Assets
Coordinating with Purchase System Admin in disposing the Assets
PR / PO follow-ups Invoice payments follow-up.
Service / POA / Delivery status coordination with Vendors against tickets
Asset stickering and scanning for PV
Asset policies and ensure adherence
Coordination with vendor partners and Service providers and Operators
Skill and Competencies :
Knowledge in handling Commercial operations
Good in MS office like excel for preparing reports
Knowledge in Asset and Telecom services additional advantage.
Education and Experience :
M.B.A graduate with experience in Handling Commercial executive Operations Role.
3-5 Years of experience in handling commercial operations role.
Good Communication and interaction skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
