Interior Designer – Home Renovation Project

Job descriptionOversee civil, electrical, lighting, and plumbing works on-site Ensure technical drawings are accurately interpreted and implemented Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers to meet project timelines Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards Provide clear documentation and progress reports to the homeowner Suggest practical solutions to on-site challenges while maintaining design integrity Assist in material selection, sourcing, and vendor negotiations Ensure proper installation of fixtures, fittings, and finishes as per specifications Software : AutoCAD, SketchUp, Blender (preferred), 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion (for visualization), Photoshop / InDesign (for presentations) Strong knowledge of construction drawings, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) layouts, and working details Familiarity with material finishes, furniture design, and lighting solutions Ability to read and interpret architectural & technical drawings Strong organizational and project coordination skills Excellent communication skills for managing workers and reporting to clients Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail ????
