About the Role
The Technology & Innovation team focuses on developing innovative, scalable technology solutions that enable Client to manage law enforcement data requests and enhance user safety. The team's Salesforce-based systems support both internal case tracking and an external web portal for law enforcement partners.
As a Salesforce Business Analyst , you'll play a vital role in ensuring our Salesforce ecosystem meets evolving business needs. You'll serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams - gathering requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications, and ensuring smooth delivery of features and enhancements.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing systems and processes for maximum efficiency and impact.
What You'll Do
- Support the day-to-day maintenance and administration of the Salesforce system and associated external web portal.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams to gather and clarify requirements, define business processes, and manage feature delivery.
- Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation to guide development.
- Coordinate and participate in testing, release management, and deployment activities .
- Create and maintain user guides, release notes, and training materials for end users.
- Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose automation or system enhancements.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role.Proven experience translating business needs into functional Salesforce solutions.Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities , including configuration, customization, and reporting.Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder .Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Service Cloud and data modeling concepts.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.Experience creating dashboards, reports, and analytics in Salesforce.Strong verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment .What You'll Bring
