Job Description :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to support our overseas recruitment and deployment processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing documentation, coordination with clients and candidates, and ensuring smooth mobilization of selected candidates to overseas job sites.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee end-to-end deployment process including visa, medical, ticketing, and travel coordination.
- Liaise with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure timely mobilization.
- Maintain accurate records of deployment status and compliance documents.
- Support operations team in project planning, process improvement, and reporting.
- Handle correspondence with embassies, travel agents, and government authorities when required.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and overseas recruitment regulations.
Requirements :
5–8 years of experience in overseas recruitment / deployment operations .Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and database management.Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines.
