Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Real Estate Investment Manager. The Real Estate Investment Manager will be responsible for managing property portfolios, overseeing lease administration, handling commercial real estate transactions, and ensuring effective real estate investment strategies. The role involves day-to-day activities such as coordinating with property owners, evaluating real estate investment opportunities, and managing lease agreements.

Qualifications

• Property Management, Real Estate, and Commercial Real Estate skills
• Lease Administration and handling Leases
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the Indian real estate market is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
