Pay :  ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Job description :

Hitech Engineers Firm is seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Quotation giving Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely quotations for weighing systems, bagging machines, and conveyors for our sugar factory clients, as well as handling client follow-ups and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and issue quotations for weighing, bagging, and conveying systems

Communicate with clients and conduct timely follow-ups

Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, product details, and delivery timelines

Maintain and manage quotation records and databases

Support the sales process and ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications :

B.E. or B.Tech in Electronics / Electronics & Communication

Good typing speed and proficiency in MS Office, email, and documentation

Experience in preparing quotations and handling technical sales support

Strong communication and coordination skills

Prior experience in industrial machinery sales is preferred
