Human Resources Business Partner

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

4 to 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner role.

Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven ability to analyze data and present insights to leadership.

Experience in managing employee relations and performance management processes.

Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
