We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative speacialist who will be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards and providing financial reports.

Ideal Candidate :

Previous experience of at least 2+ years in AP, AR positions, This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting softwares, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.

Key Contributions

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported.
• Prepare and process journal entries, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy.
• Support in the preparation of management reports and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal accounting regulations and reporting requirements.
• Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing, payment disbursement, and vendor management.
• Monitor accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliation.
