Role : Business Analyst with AI exposure

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with business units to identify and prioritize AI use cases aligned with strategic goals.

Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis to gather detailed business requirements.

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for AI solutions.

Perform cost-benefit and impact analysis for proposed AI initiatives and define KPIs for success.

Work closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and IT teams to ensure accurate implementation.

Support development and deployment of AI solutions using platforms like Microsoft Azure AI .

Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Prepare business cases, project updates, and facilitate change management for AI adoption.

Maintain comprehensive documentation and identify opportunities for process automation using AI.

Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations while living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity .
