Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Oracle ERP / Fusion Technical Developer. The professional will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating technical solutions within the Oracle HR module and other Oracle Applications. Tasks include analyzing business processes, consulting stakeholders to understand technical requirements, and implementing integrations to enhance system functionality and performance.
Key Responsibilities :
Work with
Oracle Applications and Oracle Fusion
with a focus on database design, analytics, and reporting.
Develop and manage
Oracle ERP database tables, Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW),
and
Oracle Fusion Tables (BIVO) .
Handle multiple
Oracle modules
including
Finance, HRMS, SCM, and Payroll .
Build and maintain
Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC)
integrations.
Develop
database functions, procedures, views, and materialized views .
Write
advanced SQL calculations
for complex business logic and data analytics.
Work with
Fusion Web Services
for integrations and data exchange.
Design and manage
Fusion Bursting Reports and Dashboards
for business insights.
Utilize
Fusion Page Composer
for UI customization and enhancements.
Manage
Fusion Integration with UCM (Universal Content Management) .
Participate in
prototyping, design, and requirement analysis
phases of projects.
Follow proper
design methodologies and maintain detailed project documentation .
Translate
business requirements into effective data models
and ensure optimal use of resources.
Additional Skills (Preferred) :
Hands-on experience with
Power BI
for analytics and visualization.
Familiarity with
Microsoft Azure ,
SQL Data Warehouse , and
Visual Studio .
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of
5 years of relevant experience
in Oracle Applications and Fusion technologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
