Job Description

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be :

• Defining and implementing Data Governance strategy - capabilities both from the business process and technical perspectives
• Responsible for technical implementation of data governance tool ensuring it supports business processes and decision-making
• Accountable for running all the operational activities related to data governance tool
• Drive the overall data governance and master data management efforts within Ramboll's support functions, focusing on enhancing metadata, data lineage, data quality, and accessibility to meet business requirements
• Work with application teams especially in change request process and act as a custodian of master data to ensure Master Data best practices are followed
• Provide strategic advice on master data management practices, ensuring they meet the needs of the broader business and support organizational goals
• Collaborate with business leaders and departments to ensure data is utilized effectively in decision-making, risk management, and other business functions
• Able to work in data quality management area with multiple functions including HR, Clients and Sales, Finance and OPEX
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable data management practices
• Advocate for best practices in data governance and MDM within the technical teams while ensuring alignment with strategic governance standards
