We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, sourcing top talent, and managing the hiring process to meet the company’s staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements

Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment data

Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates

Support onboarding and new hire documentation processes

Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role

Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and networking

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
