Job descriptionHands on experience in implementing ServiceNow Security Operations SecOps Vulnerability Response Security Incidents Threat Intelligence Client and Server APIs i e GlideDialogWindow GlideFormGlideAggregate GlideRecord etc Good understanding of Business Rules Client Scripts UI PoliciesUI Actions ACLs workflows Flow Designer import sets transform maps bi directional integrations via REST SOAPetc Experience in MID server setup along with configuring integrations with 3rd party systems for data population alert monitoring Must participate in build activities and conduct peer reviews and technical validation Document technical details and release notes Work on bug fixes and core platform developments Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integrationSOAP WSDL REST Provide software coding and customization including but not limited to data imports integrationscripting third party software integrations and custom application development Working knowledge of cloud scripting languages preferably JavaScriptsJSON Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes Hands on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems like ADSCCM Monitoring tools Cloud platforms like AWS AzureB2B etc Certifications ServiceNow Administration certification ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
