At Movius, we are reimagining secure business communication on mobile. As a Senior Staff Android Engineer, you will shape the architecture, scalability, and quality of our Android platform—creating smooth, reliable, and delightful experiences for millions of users.

In this hands-on leadership role, you'll collaborate closely with Product, UX, Cloud, and AI teams to drive customer-focused innovation with #NoP1Release quality.
What You'll Do
Own and evolve the Android architecture to be modular, scalable, and testable.
Design and build high-performance applications using modern frameworks (MVVM, MVI, Compose, etc.).
Lead design discussions and code reviews to ensure performance, security, and maintainability.
Drive automation, observability, and CI / CD excellence for quick and reliable releases.
Mentor engineers, promote the #IAmTheOwner culture, and raise the overall technical bar.
Partner with backend and platform teams to optimize APIs, performance, and user experience.
What You Bring
10+ years of overall software experience, with at least 8 years in Android development.
Strong hands-on skills in Kotlin, Jetpack, Coroutines / Flow, and dependency injection (Hilt / Dagger).
Proven experience in delivering large-scale, production-grade Android applications.
Expertise in performance tuning, memory optimization, and benchmarking.
Sound understanding of Clean Architecture, automated testing, and CI / CD pipelines.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability with cross-functional influence.
