Position Overview :
We are seeking a qualified Pilates Instructor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness, certified in Pilates, and committed to creating a safe, motivating, and professional experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct individual and group Pilates sessions (mat and / or equipment).
- Assess client needs and design tailored fitness programs.
- Provide guidance on posture, alignment, and breathing techniques.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and safe environment.
- Support client retention and promote studio programs.
