Key Responsibilities :
- Database and Data Management : Maintain and update our sales database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Manage and analyze sales-related spreadsheets to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Administrative Support : Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including the preparation of sales materials, reports, and presentations.
- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify potential leads, understand market trends, and gather competitive intelligence to support sales strategies.
- Scheduling and Coordination : Assist in organizing and scheduling sales meetings, appointments, and other team events.
- Record Keeping : Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and communication logs.
Key Requirements :
Graduate or a Post Graduate student in Business, Marketing, or the same similar fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Take ownership of tasks, work independently, and manage time effectively.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Adapt and learn new services and technical jargon to better serve clients.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.A strategic thinker with a data-driven decision-making approach.
