- Oversee all kitchen operations in coordination with the Head Chef.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and timely execution of dishes.
- Train, guide, and support the culinary team.
- Manage inventory, portion control, and minimize wastage.
- Contribute to menu development and promotional ideas.
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards.
