Job Description : Job Summary :
The Compensation Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting compensation programs across the United States, Canada, and India. This includes conducting market analysis, managing salary structures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the annual compensation review process. The ideal candidate will have experience in global compensation practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with HR business partners and leadership teams across different geographies.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, implement, and administer competitive compensation programs that support business objectives and comply with local laws and regulations in the US, Canada, and India.Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analysis using survey data (e.g., Mercer, Radford, Aon) to maintain competitive pay structures.Manage and support the annual compensation review cycle, including merit increases, bonuses, etc.Analyze internal and external compensation data to identify trends, provide insights, and make recommendations.Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to provide guidance on compensation decisions related to hiring, promotions, and internal transfers.Ensure compliance with all applicable wage and hour laws, pay equity regulations, and compensation reporting requirements in each region.Support global compensation initiatives and projects, including job levelling, salary band creation, and policy development.Assist in the evaluation and implementation of compensation tools and systems.Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely compensation processing.Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.5+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards, preferably with multinational exposure.In-depth knowledge of compensation practices and regulatory requirements in the US, Canada, and India.Proficiency with compensation survey data and tools (e.g., Mercer, Radford, Payscale).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Global mindset with cultural awareness and sensitivity.Interested candidates please share your updated resume to [email protected]
