🌟 What You’ll Do
- Own our cold-email inboxes – read, prioritize, and reply to prospects with speed and empathy.
- Convert replies into meetings – use proven objection-handling and scheduling tactics to turn interest into booked calls.
- Optimize templates & workflows – spot patterns, suggest tweaks, and A / B-test snippets to lift conversion rates.
- Collaborate with SDRs & founders – pass context-rich notes so sales calls start warm, not cold.
- Report on daily outcomes – quick metrics recap (opens, positive replies, meetings set, learnings).
🎯 Must-Haves
1+ year managing high-volume cold email or SDR inboxes (reply handling & meeting booking).Fluent, professional written English —you catch tone and nuance, not just typos.Familiarity with tools like Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar.Self-managed schedule : you choose your working hours;we care about results and fast response times, not a specific timezone.
Growth mind-set : eager to learn new industries, offers, and copy tactics.🚀 Nice-to-Haves
Prior business development / sales experience.Basic knowledge of deliverability best practices and A / B testing.💰 Compensation
