What You'll Do

• Social Media Management : Manage multiple accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) and deliver 3 localized posts per week.
• Paid Ads : Plan & run ROI-focused Facebook / Instagram lead-gen campaigns.
• Content Creation : Write 2 SEO blogs per client monthly & collaborate with designers.
• Email Marketing : Customize & send campaigns via Lead Pro and Brief Your Market (BYM) .
• Comms Packages : Deliver full-service marketing for Comms & Comms PLUS clients.
• Bespoke Content & Design : Draft property copy, area guides & coordinate branded visuals.
• Reporting & Strategy : Provide monthly dashboards & quarterly performance reviews.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the UK sales & marketing team to align strategies.
