Deputy Sales Manager (Apply in 3 Minutes)

We are looking for a result-driven Assistant / Deputy Manager – Infra Projects with strong expertise in project sales. The role involves driving business development and sales growth in infrastructure projects, particularly with experience in concrete admixtures .

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities in infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, metros, airports, industrial projects, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, government authorities, and key decision-makers.
• Drive sales of concrete admixtures, grouts, waterproofing, and other construction chemical products.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, presentations, product trials, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Work closely with the technical and project support teams to ensure successful product implementation.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to recommend business growth opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and project conversion goals.
