About The Opportunity
Healthcare — Hospital & Clinical Services sector : a fast-paced acute-care hospital looking to strengthen clinical governance, patient-safety outcomes and accreditation readiness through structured quality programs. This on-site role is based in India and supports operational excellence across inpatient, outpatient, and ancillary services.
Primary Job Title : Hospital Quality Manager (NABH)
Location : On-site, India
- Experience : 5–6 years in hospital quality / NABH programs
- Compensation : 45,000–50,000 per month
Role & Responsibilities
Lead and maintain the hospital Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure continuous compliance with NABH standards and regulatory requirements.Plan, execute and document internal audits, clinical audits and accreditation readiness reviews; track findings to closure with robust CAPA plans.Drive root cause analysis for clinical and operational incidents, implement corrective and preventive actions, and monitor effectiveness through measurable KPIs.Develop, update and enforce quality policies, SOPs, clinical pathways and quality dashboards; ensure timely dissemination and staff adherence.Coordinate multidisciplinary committees (clinical governance, infection control, patient safety) and deliver regular performance reports to hospital leadership.Design and deliver targeted quality training, competency assessments and accreditation coaching for clinical and support teams.Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Proven experience implementing NABH standards in a hospital setting (accreditation / assessment experience)Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and hospital QMS documentationHands-on experience conducting internal audits and clinical auditsDemonstrated capability in root cause analysis and CAPA program managementFamiliarity with patient safety, clinical governance and incident reporting workflowsExperience preparing accreditation evidence packs and managing external assessor interactionsPreferred
Certification as NABH assessor or lead auditor (or equivalent healthcare quality accreditation)Experience with hospital information systems / EMR for quality reportingTraining in Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologiesBenefits & Culture Highlights
