Are you ambitious, sales-driven and you love building relationships with a divers range of customers Then join our Retention team an an Customer Renewal Specialist and help growing and retaining our customers by having technical knowledge about our products.

Responsibilities

• Approach existing customers to ensure a high service level and customer retention
• Establish business relationships with TeamViewer customers via telephone and e-mail
• Discover cross and up-sell opportunities with the existing customer base
• Follow up and negotiate with customers to prevent churn and generate pricing quotes for renewals
• Collect and analyze feedback from the customers to improve internal processes and customer loyalty
