Experience –LLB with 10 + years, preferably in Pharma Organizations.

Location : Hyderabad

Background – Working experience in Pharma companies / Chemical Manufacturing organizations

Job description

• Drafting, preparing, reviewing and vetting of legal documents / Agreement / MOUs / NDAs / contract / deeds for business transactions;
• Representing the organization in legal proceedings such as litigation, arbitration, and mediations
• Managing case files and client information
• Researching and analyzing legal issues and staying updated with legal trends and developments
• Filing legal documents with the court
• Conducting legal research
• To provide- pro-active legal support and advice to the business units and key stakeholders, and to assist them in achieving their core strategic objectives.
• To take lead and ensure Legal compliances, interacting and supporting the cross-functional teams internally, as well as Liasioning with external advocates.
• Communicating with clients, witnesses, and other attorneys
• Assisting solicitors / advocated and working alongside Paralegals, and other legal professionals;
• Coordinating with advocates and solicitors to arrange court details and case management;
• Attending courts on behalf of the Company, to assist the consul / advocates with the presentation of cases, as and when required.
• Day to day work which ordinary fall within the purview of legal function;
