What we’re looking for (qualifications)

We are not big on formal qualifications, and we value hands-on skills. We also enjoy working with people who are looking to learn new things and have a sense of responsibility toward their work.

• Experience : 3- 5 years in software testing, focusing on backend API testing and automation.
• Technical Proficiency : Strong experience in Java, with knowledge of Javascript / Typescript / Python. Experience with automation tools and frameworks suitable for Slack and MS Teams apps. Understanding of Microservices.
• API Testing Expertise : Proven ability in testing RESTful APIs, understanding their complexities, and ensuring optimal performance.
• Automation Skills : Demonstrated ability to develop UI test frameworks (Playwright / Selenium) and implement CI / CD pipelines, especially for assistant applications and API integrations. Specific experience in automating tests for collaboration assistant applications, particularly for Slack and MS Teams.
• Problem-Solving Skills : Outstanding analytical abilities, capable of solving intricate problems and proposing effective solutions in a startup environment.
• Communication and Collaboration : Excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate efficiently within a team and across different departments.
• Should be familiar with Code editors like Cursor.
