Art Director

We are hiring a Social Media Designer / Art_Director for a permanent position in our Navi Mumbai Vashi office. This role offers a competitive CTC of 7 to 8 Lacs for candidates with over 4 years of experience in a social media agency.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be responsible for designing original content across all our social media channels, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Key responsibilities include :

• Designing high-quality graphic content for various social media platforms
• Developing fresh concepts aligned with company goals and current trends
• Analyzing design briefs and outlining requirements
• Ideating new concepts for topical days creatives
• Presenting ideas and drafts to the team
• Ensuring consistency in style, colors, and messaging across graphic elements
• Testing graphic elements on different devices
• Collaborating with Social Media Executives to enhance our social media presence
• Measuring key performance indicators and suggesting improvements

Role expectations include a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or relevant experience, proficiency in graphics editing software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects, and a comprehensive understanding of marketing practices. Familiarity with the latest AI tools and the ability to create unique content, including GIFs and video animations, are essential.
