Role Overview
We are looking for an E-commerce Executive who will be responsible for managing our presence across leading marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and other online platforms . The role requires strong skills in catalog management, listing optimization, inventory oversight, and sales analysis . As a core member of our early team, you will play a direct role in building and scaling our e-commerce operations .
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
- Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other merchant platforms .
- Ensure product content (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images) meets SEO and marketplace guidelines.
- Track competitor listings, pricing, and promotions to stay competitive.
Catalog & Inventory Management
Manage product catalogs with accuracy across multiple channels.Monitor stock levels to avoid out-of-stock / overstock issues.Coordinate with supply chain / warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment.Performance Monitoring & Growth
Analyze sales reports, traffic, and conversion metrics to drive continuous improvement.Run basic ad campaigns (Amazon Sponsored Ads / Flipkart Ads) and monitor ROI.Support in promotional campaigns, festive launches, and seasonal offers.Customer Experience & Compliance
Ensure high product visibility and positive customer experience.Monitor reviews, ratings, and respond to queries in coordination with customer support.Ensure compliance with all marketplace policies.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in e-commerce management (Amazon / Flipkart mandatory).Strong knowledge of cataloging, listing optimization, and e-commerce analytics.Basic understanding of Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads is a plus.Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting & data analysis.Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask.Startup mindset : flexible, proactive, and hands-on approach.What We Offer
